These mixed satay kebabs are a wonderul addition to any barbecue.

Ingredients
200g Chicken breast
200g Pork fillets
200g Beef eye fillet
Marinade
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili paste
1/4 teaspoon cumin
(Mix all marinade ingredients together)
Method
Thread sliced chicken, pork and beef (any order you like) onto water soaked skewers, place in a shallow dish and pour marinade over skewers, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grill until tender, turning often serve with our beautiful satay sauce.
